Head Coach of Keighley Iron Wolves - Duane Harper, was very happy with his guys as was I. They put on some great fights at 10th Legion II.
James Beveridge won his fight by Majority Decision - he was very close to getting a submission, but his opponent was very tough. Great fight.
Kieron Coxon had a draw, with a very tough full on fight. First round was a non stop in the clinch. Kieron had full control of the fight in the second with also some very close submission attacks. Both fighters put on a great fight.
Laurence Neale had a 3 round war, which he lost on decision. He had his opponents back in the first round and looked to have the finish. His opponent Jake Tear was tough as nails held out to escape. Laurence burned himself out a bit in the first and had to pay for in the 3 round where his gas started to run out. All in all a great fight. I am sure Laurence will be back in the gym and ready for the 21st Feb show with the tank full and ready to go!
