Paul Has has been training with us for about a year now and as fast become a strong member of our Iron Wolves Fight Team.
His ground game and stand up skills are now looking very sharpe and he is a great Team member for us all.
The hard training is now paying off as Paul won Gold in the white belt divison in Bristol.
