This years Winter Camp was one of the best to date. We had Guro Mark Wiley teaching on Friday, which was a lot of fun.
Sat we worked on CSL Wing Chun Boxing skills and Chi Sao. We put some of the new fighters though the mill and they looked just great!
Sunday we had BJJ Black Black Leo Negao come up to teach, which was second to none. Also Joel from The Strength Company taught a conditioning circuit for MMA training. Man, that was a tough one! Read more on the Strength Company Blog at

Then I finished off the day teaching Pad Training for MMA. Sunday was a great work out day!
The standard has continued to grow and now we have students that teach like Alex, Duane, Sai, Ian, Mark to name a few, that are all producing their own students with excellent levels of skill and toughness.
What a excellent start to the year!! I could not be more proud our group!
We taught at the Olympik Dream Training Centre on Sunday, which is run by a great group of really nice guys. It is the best training centre I have been too! We now plan to hold a monthly seminar at the centre and Duane will be teaching classes weekly at the centre.
