BJ Penn is back to his best!

BJ Penn was back to his best in UFC 80 in Newcastle. He show cased a master class of BJJ skills in his fight with the game Joe Stevenson to win the World Lightweight Championship bout.

When BJ is on his game he looks in a different league. He was in great shape and very focused.

I just got back from the UFC. Looks like Dana has a lot of plans for the the UFC in Europe. He talked about another show in the UK in June and also Dublin and Germany this year!

Looks like Aaron, Nick and Richard will be entering the Combat Sports Open Trials this year!

Neil Won us the belt last time he entered this event.

Also Aaron was a top dog in this event last time and was the middle weight runner up. I am sure this year his wants the belt!

Nick will be on full Force for sure!

Richard is better that ever and is looking forward to test his new skills.
